We are looking for a skilled and reliable Aluminum Windows & Doors Installer to join our installation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the proper installation, adjustment, and finishing of aluminum windows, doors, frames, and related products at residential and commercial project sites.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with aluminum installation, understands basic construction practices, works safely, and can produce clean, accurate, and high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install aluminum windows, doors, frames, screens, and related components according to approved plans and specifications.
  • Measure openings accurately and verify dimensions before installation.
  • Read and interpret basic drawings, measurements, and installation instructions.
  • Prepare openings and work areas for proper installation.
  • Position, level, align, and secure aluminum frames and assemblies.
  • Install glass panels, hardware, handles, locks, hinges, rollers, and other accessories as required.
  • Apply appropriate sealants, caulking, weatherproofing, and finishing materials.
  • Ensure windows and doors open, close, lock, and operate properly after installation.
  • Check installations for proper alignment, level, fit, appearance, and functionality.
  • Identify and report damaged materials, incorrect measurements, or site conditions that may affect installation.
  • Perform adjustments, repairs, and finishing work when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation.
  • Safely handle aluminum frames, glass, tools, and installation materials.
  • Follow company procedures, project specifications, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Installation Foreman or Lead Man regarding daily tasks and project requirements.
  • Work effectively with other installers and construction personnel on-site.
  • Complete assigned installation work within project schedules and quality standards.
  • Protect finished surfaces, materials, and client property during installation.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in aluminum windows and doors installation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of aluminum framing systems, windows, doors, and installation methods.
  • Ability to accurately measure and work with basic dimensions.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools used for installation.
  • Ability to read basic plans or installation drawings is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of construction-site safety practices.
  • Physically capable of lifting, carrying, positioning, and installing materials.
  • Willingness to work at different project locations.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Technical Skills

Candidates should ideally be comfortable with:

  • Measuring tape and levels
  • Drills and screwdrivers
  • Cutting and fastening tools
  • Silicone/caulking application
  • Aluminum frame assembly
  • Glass and screen installation
  • Door and window hardware installation
  • Frame alignment and adjustment
  • Basic troubleshooting and repair
  • Proper material handling

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry aluminum frames, glass, tools, and other materials safely.
  • Ability to work on ladders or elevated areas when required.
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor construction environments.
  • Ability to follow proper safety procedures when handling glass and equipment.

Work Environment

The role may involve working at residential, commercial, or construction project sites. Installers may work indoors and outdoors and may be exposed to varying weather and site conditions.

Safety equipment and appropriate protective gear must be used whenever required.

  • Deliver clean and accurate installations.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Complete assigned tasks according to project timelines.
  • Minimize installation errors and material damage.
  • Follow safety requirements at all times.
  • Communicate issues promptly to the Foreman or Lead Man.
  • Maintain professionalism when working at client or project sites.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
