Alloy Development is currently seeking a Project Designer with 5-10 years of experience in design for a large-scale mixed-use project in Brooklyn. Applicants must demonstrate strong representation & communication skills alongside a capacity to oversee project’s design from start to finish.
This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining the design intent of a project and its representation. They will oversee design workplans with the support of a broader design team. They will participate with the principals of the company on a daily basis and further the creative direction of our office.
Skill And Experience
- 5-10 years professional experience
- Extensive rhino & visualization experience required
- Adobe Creative Suite is required
- Strong project management, design & coordination skills
- Revit experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with large projects is preferred
