Meeting and providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests is the core of the Airport Greeter role, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival to departure. This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences for travelers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests to achieve high customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival to departure.
• Promote and maintain good working relations with airline desk, customs, immigration, and other airport personnel.
• Ensure that all hotel guests are met and assisted at the airport on arrival and departure to provide personalized service.
• Coordinate and assist with the transportation requirements of the guests.
• Expedite guest entry to the country by ensuring entry visas are correct and maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa procedures.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of previous experience in a 5-star luxury, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (90%) and Spanish.
• Valid driving license.
• Previous knowledge of Opera software.
• Computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility in schedules.
• Residence near Liberia Airport.
