About the role
Join a dynamic aviation logistics and warehouse operations team to support smooth movement of aircraft parts and materials. As an Aircraft Parts and Inventory Control Assistant, you will play an important behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the right parts reach the right place at the right time. No aviation experience is required — training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Pick, pack and prepare aircraft parts, components and inventory according to fulfilment requirements
- Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving and dispatching items
- Check, sort, label and store incoming materials accurately
- Prepare aircraft parts and materials required for aircraft maintenance and operational support
- Conduct basic inventory checks, stock counts and stock movements
- Ensure aircraft components are handled, stored and organized safely and correctly
- Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory documentation and related paperwork
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized and compliant with workplace procedures
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned
