About the role
Join our Engineering Competence Center and become part of an internal unit specialized in electrical and mechanical assembly projects. You will participate in projects for one of the largest aircraft manufacturers in Poland, both civilian and military. In your daily work, you will have contact with the most recognizable and versatile fighter jets and helicopters in the world.
The assigned duties are performed on-site in Mielec.

Your tasks
- Performing work in accordance with regulations and applicable standards
- Preparation and initial assembly of structures, parts, and components, including drilling elements
- Using various joining techniques such as riveting, screwing, or gluing
- Assembling universal rivets, Hi-Lite, Hi-Lok, and breakaway rivets
- Processing and applying sealants according to guidelines
- Adhering to quality standards and documenting them
- Operating and properly using measuring instruments
Requirements
- Vocational education, preferably technical or mechanical
- Work experience related to mechanics, assembly, or locksmithing
- Ability to read technical drawings and documentation
- Manual dexterity and precision in work
- Independence, quality orientation, and timely task completion
- Responsibility and professional approach to assigned duties
- Good self-organization
- Commitment, dynamism, and resourcefulness in action
- Knowledge of Polish language
- Residence in Poland
