This role is for an experienced Aerodrome Air Traffic Controller to join the Auckland Tower team, where you will support the safe, orderly, and efficient movement of aircraft at one of New Zealand's busiest airports. You will provide aerodrome control services, managing diverse aircraft movements while maintaining high standards of operational safety and efficiency. Working as part of an experienced operational team, you will contribute to the day-to-day running of Auckland Tower, collaborate with fellow controllers and airport stakeholders, and support improvements to operational procedures, systems, and work practices.
Airways manages New Zealand's 30 million square kilometers of airspace, providing air traffic control, surveillance, communication, flight inspection, mapping, and airspace design services. They work with government, regulatory authorities, airlines, airports, and the general aviation community to ensure pilots, passengers, and goods reach their destination safely.
