- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL mit technischem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, im technischen Projektmanagement oder in der Prozessoptimierung.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Einführung neuer Technologien oder Arbeitsweisen in bestehende Teams, inklusive Change-Management-Kompetenz.
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) sowie von modernen KI-Coding-Tools.
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Schulungskonzepten, Guidelines oder Playbooks.
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Aspekten (z. B. Datenschutz, Secure Coding, OWASP) ist von Vorteil.
Tätigkeiten
- Du entwickelst eine Roadmap für die Einführung und Skalierung von KI-gestützten Tools und Workflows innerhalb unserer Entwicklungsteams.
- Du analysierst bestehende Entwicklungsprozesse, identifizierst Potenziale für den sinnvollen Einsatz von KI und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab.
- Du erstellst Guidelines, Trainings und Playbooks, um Entwickler:innen im Umgang mit KI-Coding-Tools und Prompt-Engineering zu befähigen.
- Du begleitest Teams aktiv durch den Veränderungsprozess, moderierst Widerstände und förderst die Akzeptanz neuer Arbeitsweisen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit technischen Rollen zusammen, um Tool-Auswahl, Standards und Best Practices abzustimmen.
Team Du wirst Teil unseres Produktentwicklungsteams, das eng mit den Kollegen aus Account Management, Marketing und Business Development zusammenarbeitet, um gemeinsam unsere Produkte und technischen Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
