About the role

This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic, hands-on AI leader to shape and deliver enterprise-scale artificial intelligence solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in translating business needs into practical, scalable AI capabilities-moving quickly from concept to production. The role blends architecture, delivery oversight, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-evolving environment. Ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from early-stage foundations.

About the Opportunity:

Join a forward-thinking organization investing in AI to transform how work gets done across the enterprise. With strong executive support but limited existing structure, this role offers the chance to define how AI is prioritized, designed, and delivered at scale. You'll work across diverse teams and systems, helping establish a modern AI function that drives measurable outcomes-from automation to improved decision-making and customer experience.

What You'll Do:

AI Strategy & Solution Design

Shape the organization's AI roadmap by aligning business priorities with scalable solutions

Translate complex operational needs into clear technical approaches and architecture decisions

Define frameworks, patterns, and standards that enable repeatable delivery

Delivery Leadership & Execution

Own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives-from initial intake through production rollout

Drive progress through short, iterative cycles with a focus on speed and impact

Guide small, cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes

Enterprise Collaboration & Influence

Partner with business leaders, analysts, and technical teams to prioritize high-value use cases

Communicate progress, trade-offs, and results in clear, business-friendly terms

Serve as a connector between technical solutions and real-world operational needs

Data, Platforms & Governance Alignment

Ensure solutions integrate effectively across enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, data platforms, learning systems)

Work alongside data and governance teams to support responsible and secure AI adoption

Help mature data practices and readiness to enable scalable AI

Adoption & Change Enablement

Promote practical use of AI tools across teams to improve workflows and efficiency

Support leaders and end users in integrating AI into daily operations

Establish practices that drive sustainable adoption and continuous improvement

What You Need:

Background in AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation with experience delivering enterprise solutions

Ability to turn business challenges into structured solution designs and execution plans

Experience guiding initiatives across both strategy and hands-on implementation

Comfort working in lean environments where you lead through influence rather than large teams

Familiarity with modern enterprise ecosystems and integrating solutions across platforms

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience operating in environments with data privacy, governance, or regulatory considerations

Nice to Have:

Exposure to generative AI, automation, or emerging AI capabilities

Experience working with CRM platforms or similar enterprise systems

Background in environments with complex workflows or large user populations

Familiarity with education technology, learning systems, or similar domains

Advanced degree in a related field

What Success Looks Like:

AI concepts are rapidly transformed into deployed, business-ready solutions

Teams adopt AI tools that measurably improve efficiency and responsiveness

Solutions are scalable, well-integrated, and aligned with long-term architecture

Stakeholders trust and rely on AI-driven insights and automation

This is an opportunity to build something meaningful-combining strategy, architecture, and execution into a role where your decisions directly shape how AI delivers value across an entire org
