Qualifications

Essential

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in application development, systems integration, AI solutions, or a related technical role
• Proven experience with Lovable.dev or an equivalent rapid low-code or no-code prototyping platform
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, and Key Vault
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including app registrations, OAuth 2.0, service principals, and conditional access
• Practical experience integrating Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure SQL
• Demonstrated experience developing REST APIs and integrating Monday.com through REST and/or GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with Anthropic Claude APIs and Model Context Protocol architecture
• Proficiency in version control using GitHub
• Competency in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, SQL databases, JSON, and Microsoft 365

Desirable

• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Pro extensibility or Microsoft 365 plugin development
• Exposure to ISO 27001 or similarly security-governed environments
• Capability in Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint integration
• Understanding of Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps
• Previous involvement in offshore delivery environments supporting Australian-based clients

Responsibilities

Prototyping and Development

• Build functional internal tools and business prototypes using Lovable.dev, progressing efficiently from initial briefs to working products.
• Use Microsoft Copilot Pro and Anthropic Claude to accelerate prototyping, code generation, and solution design across the business.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into tested, demonstrable, and practical solutions.
• Refine solutions based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining clean, structured, and documented code.
• Review existing internal projects and applications to identify opportunities for enhancement, optimization, and expanded functionality.

Integrations and Platform Connectivity

• Develop and maintain integrations using Microsoft Azure App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Key Vault.
• Configure Microsoft Entra ID app registrations, service principals, single sign-on, and role-based access controls.
• Connect Microsoft Fabric and Azure SQL with data pipelines and reporting solutions.
• Integrate Monday.com through REST and GraphQL APIs to automate workflows and project activities.
• Implement AI-powered tools using Anthropic Claude and Model Context Protocol.
• Support Microsoft Copilot Pro and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and plugin development.

Governance and Security

• Develop solutions in accordance with organizational security standards, including ISO 27001 controls and Entra ID identity governance practices.
• Document integrations, data flows, authentication methods, and system dependencies.
• Verify that prototypes meet data-handling and access-control requirements before production handover.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work asynchronously and synchronously with the IT team during Australian business hours.
• Collaborate with stakeholders primarily based in Australia, with potential engagement with colleagues in Singapore.
• Provide regular progress updates and proactively communicate risks, issues, and blockers.
• Contribute to technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
