Job Summary
We are looking for experienced AI/ML professionals with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Python, Azure Machine Learning, MLOps, and Cloud Technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade AI solutions, developing scalable machine learning models, and working across the complete AI/ML lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build predictive models using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP techniques.
- Develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications using Prompt Engineering.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model experimentation.
- Build scalable ML pipelines and deploy models using MLOps best practices.
- Work with structured, unstructured, and streaming data.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven solutions.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and business impact.
- Drive innovation, reusable AI assets, and enterprise AI solutions.
- Mentor technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Follow Agile development practices and contribute to DevOps-based delivery.

- Exposure to cloud platforms, MLOps, and scalable AI architectures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams will be an added advantage for the Associate Manager role.
