About This Role
This AI/ML Engineer role focuses on delivering artificial intelligence solutions, particularly for contract lifecycle management. The position involves identifying automation opportunities, designing and implementing AI solutions, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Partner with contract lifecycle stakeholders to identify automation and intelligence opportunities (e.g., clause extraction, obligation tracking, renewal prediction, risk scoring, contract summarization)
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines, model selection (LLM, NLP, ML), integration points, and UX flows that fit within the enterprise ecosystem
- Own the build cycle: requirements gathering, prototyping, iteration with users, testing, deployment, and post-launch measurement
- Translate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical partners; run demos, training sessions, and adoption programs
- Work with Legal, Procurement, Sales Ops, IT, and Data Engineering to ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and scalability requirements
- Monitor solution performance, gather feedback, and iterate
- Stay current on advances in GenAI, NLP, and contract intelligence tooling
Requirements
- Experienced in solution delivery, consulting, or product development
- At least 2 years focused on AI/ML solutions
- Demonstrated experience with contract management, CLM platforms, or adjacent legal-tech domains
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP techniques, and their application to document-heavy workflows
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical requirements
- Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments (Sales, Legal, Finance, Engineering)
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and working with individual contributors alike
