AI HR Trainer - Use Cases, Prompting & Ethics

About This Role

This trainer role involves delivering a program for HR professionals in recruitment, talent development, and personnel administration, helping them to practically adopt artificial intelligence in their daily work. The training also focuses on integrating ethical and regulatory considerations to quickly deploy operational use cases. Simplon.co is building a network of trainers for future sessions.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and enrich educational content on AI applied to HR (prompting, NLP, HR use cases)
• Design and lead practical workshops (augmented writing, creating HR assistants, analyzing legal documents)
• Ensure a supportive environment that promotes AI acculturation, especially for non-technical audiences
• Participate in the selection of learners and the evaluation of their level
• Diagnose HR processes
• Conduct prompting workshops (inclusive job offers, interview guides)
• Simulate social dialogue (presentation before a fictional CSE)
• Raise awareness of AI ethical issues (algorithmic bias and non-discrimination; data protection)
• Provide training on managing human and organizational impacts (fears, adoption, job transformation)
• Monitor learner progress and evaluate their work
• Provide individualized feedback
• Help formalize an implementation roadmap for companies (quick wins)

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of minimum experience in AI-related projects, as an AI Consultant/Expert; PO/PM
• Comfortable collaborating with technical and/or business teams
• Solid understanding of business challenges and operational processes
• Strong command of generative AI uses (prompting, conversational assistants, NLP) & automation
• Concrete experience with AI use cases in HR (recruitment, GPEC, HR legal, etc.)
• Ability to popularize technical concepts for a non-specialist audience
• Experience in leading collaborative workshops
• Knowledge of regulatory and ethical issues related to AI (GDPR, bias, governance)
