About The Job Rolls-Royce is hiring for the role of AI Engineer! Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms to solve complex engineering problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Conduct data analysis and pre-processing to prepare datasets for model training and evaluation.
- Support the testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Document processes, methodologies, and results to maintain clear communication within the team.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Python, Azure technology stack and use of GenAI frameworks in the platform.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Internship or project experience in AI, language modeling and data science.
- Certifications in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Matplotlib) is advantageous.
