Role Description Role Summary: As an AI & Data Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving AI-led transformation for our enterprise customers. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation, partnering with Sales, Pre-sales, and Delivery teams to design scalable, impactful AI solutions.
This role requires a strong blend of hands-on expertise, consulting mindset, and thought leadership to influence customer decisions and build differentiated offerings for the region.
Key Responsibilities Drive AI-Led Solutioning
- Architect end-to-end AI, GenAI, and Data solutions aligned to customer business outcomes.
- Design scalable architectures leveraging LLMs, Agentic AI, Data Platforms, and Cloud ecosystems.
- Translate complex business challenges into practical, value-driven AI use Cases.
- Define reference architectures, frameworks, and reusable accelerators
Enable Sales & Pre-sales Success
- Partner with Sales and Pre-sales teams to shape strategic deals and proposals.
- Act as a trusted advisor and AI SME in customer engagements and executive discussions.
- Lead discovery workshops and solution envisioning sessions
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, effort estimations, and value articulation
Lead Thought Leadership & Innovation
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends (Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Platforms, etc.).
- Build industry-specific AI solutions and POVs for Banking, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and beyond.
- Drive internal knowledge sharing, mentoring, and capability building
- Represent UST in customer forums, events, and innovation discussions
Build GTM-Ready AI Offerings
- Proactively identify and develop AI-powered platforms, accelerators, and reusable solutions
- Support creation of demos, solution showcases, and innovation assets
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute regional GTM strategies
- Contribute to expanding UST’s AI footprint across Southeast Asia
What We’re Looking For Core Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI model development.
- Generative AI (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning).
- Agentic AI / Autonomous workflows
- Proficiency in:
- Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face.
- Experience with:
- Data Engineering, Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, Real-time pipelines.
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services
- Solid understanding of:
- MLOps, Model lifecycle, Responsible AI, Security & Governance
Consulting & Leadership Skills
- Ability to connect business strategy with AI-driven solutions
- Experience working with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
- Strong background in pre-sales, solutioning, and consulting engagements
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Southeast Asia markets and enterprise landscape
- Exposure to industries such as Banking, Manufacturing, Healthcare
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML, Cloud, or Data technologies
