AI Film & Content Creator

Remote | Full-Time | USD 1,000-1,500/month ++

We are looking for an AI film and content creator who can turn ideas, scripts, and products into high-quality short-form videos using AI generation and professional editing.

This is not a basic video-editing role. You must understand storytelling, cinematography, prompting, visual consistency, and how to make AI footage look intentional rather than like generic AI content.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-form video concepts, hooks and storyboards
• Turn scripts and creative direction into clear shot lists
• Generate consistent characters, products, locations and visual styles
• Create realistic still frames before animating them
• Produce AI video scenes using tools such as Google Flow
• Write detailed image and video prompts covering:
• Camera and lens
• Framing and composition
• Lighting and shadows
• Character and product consistency
• Movement and physical behaviour
• Atmosphere and sound
• Edit and finish videos in DaVinci Resolve
• Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, captions and colour grading
• Create hook, angle and opening-scene variants from the same core video
• Review failed generations, identify the problem and redesign the shot
• Organise project files, references, prompts and generated assets
• Deliver approximately **3–5 completed short-form videos per week**, including selected hook variants

Creative Standard

You Should Understand How To

• Structure a story with a hook, development and payoff
• Match every visual to the script
• Progress from wide shots to medium, close-up and detail shots
• Use motivated lighting, practical lights, shadow and atmospheric depth
• Maintain consistent characters, products, wardrobe and environments
• Create realistic camera movement without excessive AI motion
• Use one clear action and one camera movement per generated shot
• Make footage feel captured by a real camera, phone or documentary crew
• Recognise when a shot is too complicated for AI and simplify it

Tools

You should be comfortable with, or able to learn quickly:

• ChatGPT — concepts, scripts, shot lists and prompting
• Google Flow — reference creation, image generation and video generation
• DaVinci Resolve — editing, sound, colour and final delivery

Experience with Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Seedance, Topaz or other AI video tools is useful but not required.

Requirements

• Strong short-form editing portfolio
• Good understanding of storytelling and filmmaking
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail
• Experience creating AI images or videos
• Ability to write precise prompts rather than repeatedly guessing
• Ability to preserve product and character consistency
• Comfortable receiving direct feedback and making rapid revisions
• Self-directed and able to solve problems without constant supervision
• Reliable communication and file organisation
• Strong written English

• Editors who rely mainly on templates
• People who generate random AI clips without story structure
• People who need detailed instructions for every individual task
• Candidates who cannot identify why a generation looks artificial
• Candidates focused only on effects rather than clarity and performance
• People who submit work without checking anatomy, product accuracy, text or continuity

Pay

USD 1,000-1,500/month ++ (depends on performance and output)
