AI Automation Engineer - Remote Work

About This Role

This engineering role focuses on architecting scalable web scraping pipelines, orchestrating complex workflows using low-code/no-code platforms, and building generative AI agents to automate business processes. It combines advanced Python skills with deep systems integration expertise, working across modern cloud infrastructure to connect data sources, APIs, and automation tools. The position suits a resourceful individual who wants to solve complex, real-world problems where AI automation and systems integration converge.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable web scraping pipelines using Python
• Orchestrate complex workflows using low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Flowise
• Build generative AI agents to automate business processes
• Integrate systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols
• Manage and optimize AWS-based data infrastructure supporting automation pipelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems or web integration
• Strong proficiency in Python for data integration
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Flowise
• Experience with web scraping tools such as BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, or Playwright
• Background with REST APIs and authentication, including webhooks and OAuth2
• Moderate SQL skills
• Experience with AWS data infrastructure, including S3, EC2, and Lambda
• Advanced proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Apify
• Familiarity with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or ElasticSearch
• Experience with CRM integration such as Salesforce
• Experience building browser extensions such as Chrome plugins
• Familiarity with chat observability tools
