Your Tasks
- Support project and delivery teams in Agile and hybrid environments
- Coach teams to improve collaboration, communication, and overall team maturity
- Drive transparency regarding progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status
- Facilitate effective ways of working and help teams continuously improve their performance
- Establish and maintain structures, governance, and follow-up mechanisms that enable successful delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and organizational units
- Support team development initiatives and contribute to creating a positive, high-performing team culture
- Identify impediments and work with teams and stakeholders to resolve them efficiently
- Foster accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within delivery teams
- Apply AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day work to boost productivity, improve code quality, and maintain high-quality documentation, contributing to robust and maintainable solutions
- Work with IT and business colleagues to develop solutions to specific problems that at times leverage existing solutions and systems
- Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure the delivery of proposed solutions
Your Profile
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Proven ability to support and coach teams in improving collaboration, ways of working, delivery transparency, and team effectiveness
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with distributed and international teams
- Ability to create structure, establish follow-up discipline, and drive continuous improvement
- Background as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, Project Manager, PMO, or similar roles with hands-on team support experience
- Show strong customer orientation for both internal and external stakeholders, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Strong interest in AI-driven tools and the ability to leverage them in daily work
- Speak fluent business English and German
- Enjoy occasional travel to the customers
