Agile Coach

About This Role

Developing and implementing new processes to enhance operational efficiency is the core responsibility of the Agile Coach. This role suits a professional with extensive experience in project management who can guide organizations through their digital transformations and foster Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create and implement new processes to improve operating efficiency and ensure timeliness and accuracy of workflow in daily operations for banking clients.
• Ensure efficient processing of transactions and queries exceeding the client’s expectations.
• Ensure the delivery of services in accordance with the agreed service level and client expectations, identifying service gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
• Liaise with key stakeholders within the client's operations such as legal, compliance, and front office to ensure the smooth running of their banking, treasury services, or wealth management department to define strategies for transitioning to Agile practices.
• Act as a trusted agile advisor to organizations and provide guidance through their digital transformations.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate individuals on Agile values via IBMGarage.
• Mentor and coach change agents within the client organization and create sustainable Agile capabilities.
• Coach and mentor peers on the team on influencing organizational change under digital transformation and apply IBMGarage.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management in full life cycle package/solution implementations, with PM processes, methods, and tools experience in creating and delivering project-level documentation (i.e., client briefs, reports, etc.).
• Certified in agile methods and frameworks such as SAFe, Design Thinking, PSM, etc.
• Experience in professional consulting areas.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
