Agile Coach

About This Role

Being an Agile Coach means shaping how teams work within the Content & Solutions (COS) department, which is responsible for all Haufe products, from content creation to modern AI solutions. The role combines agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, OKR, and Design Thinking with strategic teamwork, focusing on value creation, outcomes, and customer benefit. You will be part of a team of Scrum Masters, OKR Masters, and Agile Coaches, supporting each other professionally and pursuing a common strategy.

Responsibilities

• Establish agile structures: Connect Scrum, Kanban, OKR, and other goal-oriented methods, aligning teams with value creation and outcomes
• Team development: Moderate discussions, constructively resolve conflicts, and conduct workshops for team development and strategic alignment, even for non-agile teams
• Promote motivation and self-organization: Empower teams for independent decisions and greater ownership, fostering development towards autonomous teams within a customer-centric portfolio
• Strengthen customer orientation: Consistently align collaboration with customer benefit
• Network across locations: Build bridges between teams in Freiburg, Timisoara, and Barcelona through regular exchange and personal meetings, actively collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across locations

Requirements

• Experience in product/project teams with Scrum, Kanban, OKR, and similar frameworks
• Experience in the conception, execution, and moderation of team and strategy workshops, including outside of agile contexts
• Solid understanding of value creation, outcome orientation, and customer centricity
• Strong sense for team motivation and tact in discussions and decision-making processes
• Excellent moderation skills and pragmatic use of methods
• Optimism, openness, and infectious enthusiasm
• Flexibility in working methods and conditions, including remote work and office days at the company's locations
• Empathy, structural competence, ambiguity tolerance, and resilience
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B1) for international collaboration
