About This Role
This role drives Agile transformation across teams, programs, and business units, coaching various roles on Agile principles and best practices. The successful candidate will assess organizational Agile maturity, define improvement roadmaps, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
Responsibilities
- Drive Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams, programs, and business units
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and leadership teams on Agile principles, values, and best practices
- Assess organizational Agile maturity and define improvement roadmaps
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, transparency, and customer-centricity
- Guide teams in adopting and scaling Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and DevOps practices
- Improve delivery predictability, velocity, quality, and business outcomes
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles
- Support teams in backlog management, sprint planning, estimation, and release planning activities
- Partner with senior leadership to align Agile adoption with business objectives
- Influence and manage stakeholders across technology and business functions
- Drive organizational change management initiatives related to Agile adoption
- Present Agile maturity assessments, metrics, and transformation progress to leadership teams
- Define and implement Agile KPIs and performance metrics
- Establish Agile governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms
- Track team health, productivity, velocity, cycle time, lead time, and other Agile metrics
- Use data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct Agile workshops, leadership coaching sessions, and training programs
- Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile practitioners
- Create Agile playbooks, standards, and best-practice frameworks
- Build internal Agile capability and communities of practice
Requirements
- 9-12 years of overall IT experience with at least 4-6 years in Agile Coaching roles
- Proven experience leading enterprise Agile transformations
- Experience coaching multiple Agile teams within large-scale organizations
- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile, SAFe Framework, Agile Release Train (ART), DevOps practices, Value Stream Mapping
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro / Mural
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
