About This Role
An Agile Coach drives Agile adoption, coaching, and delivery excellence across enterprise teams, focusing on Agile transformation and improving Agile maturity. This role suits an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in various Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Drive Agile adoption, coaching, and delivery excellence across enterprise teams
- Coach multiple Agile squads, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
- Drive Agile transformation and improve Agile maturity
- Facilitate PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Agile workshops
- Manage backlog, release planning, dependency management, and delivery governance
Requirements
- 9–11 years of experience in Agile Coaching, Delivery Coaching, Scrum Mastery, or Agile Program Leadership
- Strong hands-on expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics including Velocity, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput, and Delivery Predictability
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills
Nice to have:
- Agile certifications such as SAFe, SPC, CSM, PSM, or ICAgile
- Experience in Retail or Product Engineering environments

- Experience: 9–11 years only
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice with August/September 2026 LWD preferred
