As an Agile Coach, you will develop the agile operational methodology of a nearly 150-member Tribe focused on daily banking product development. You will lead the identification and resolution of factors hindering optimal operations within the tribe and related areas, collaborating with a Scrum Master team to support squads. Implementing AI solutions into teams' business and operational processes will be part of your responsibilities, along with creating and managing the Tribe Impediment Backlog in conjunction with the Scrum Master team. You will provide daily agile support and development for a squad, establish, track, and integrate best agile practices within the organization, and shape the overall functioning and mindset of the organization as part of the agile support community. Additionally, you will create a vision and roadmap to enhance the tribe's agile maturity.
