About the role
We are looking for a skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a project focused on designing and implementing Agentic SDLC solutions within development teams. This role involves working collaboratively with teams to build AI agents, workflows, and integrations with development tools and CI/CD pipelines. You will contribute to the maintenance, development, and measurement of these solutions. The position is based in Warsaw and offers a hybrid work mode (one day per week in office required). Your tasks
- Designing and implementing Agentic SDLC solutions in collaboration with development teams
- Building AI agents, workflows, and integrations with development tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Maintaining and developing AI solutions while measuring their effectiveness
- Translating business and technical needs into actionable initiatives and solution architectures
- Conducting technical workshops to facilitate discovery processes
- Supporting teams in the operational handover of implemented solutions, ensuring gradual transfer of responsibility
- Standardizing practices and workflows with AI tools within the team to maximize role potential
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role such as Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, or QA/Test Automation Engineer
- Practical experience in development teams and familiarity with the full application lifecycle
- Experience in designing and implementing AI-based solutions in the SDLC using tools like GitHub Copilot and open-source models
- Hands-on ability to build AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts, integrating them into the development environment
- Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development and modern software engineering practices supported by AI
- Familiarity with LLM concepts, RAG, automation, and agent architectures
- Experience in deploying AI solutions in production, including configuration, integration, hardening, monitoring, and iterative development
- Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage with technical teams, managers, and directors
- Fluent Polish
Nice to have
- Experience with frameworks like LanGraph and the MCP protocol
