*Shifts Available to choose*
Morning: 6:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Evening: 12:00 PM to 18:00 PM
Reforma Site, Mexico City (after 6 months you have possibility to have hybrid work!)
*Note: Paid training is one month conducted Monday through Friday 7/8 am to 4/5pm.*
*What You'll Do:*
- As a Service Desk Agent, you'll provide first-level IT support to employees of global organizations.
- Assist users through phone, chat, and messaging platforms
- Resolve technical and service-related inquiries
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Support users in a professional and fast-paced environment
- Gain valuable hands-on experience in the IT industry
*What We're Looking For*:
- Advanced English communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Interest in technology and IT support
- Previous IT experience is a plus, but not required
No technical experience? No problem. We provide paid training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
