What You Need Soccer Shots Coaches must love kids and soccer. They should have reliable transportation, a soccer background, preferably coaching or childhood education experience, and must be at least 18 years of age.

Working In Schools This position does require working in schools. You will be required to do an in-depth background screening and fingerprinting.
