About the role
Strategic Operations Improvement & Kaizen Leadership
- Lead the analysis of systemic issues across the dealer aftersales network; identify root causes and strategic improvement opportunities impacting service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Direct, coordinate, and oversee cross-functional improvement initiatives with internal departments and dealer partners to ensure effective and sustainable implementation.
- Develop the overall Kaizen/continuous improvement roadmap for aftersales operations, establishing standards, methodologies, and best practices for dealer service processes.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of improvement actions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and driving continuous operational excellence.
Aftersales Cost Optimization
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives across dealer operations, focusing on productivity improvement, workflow optimization, and resource efficiency—while maintaining or enhancing service performance.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and develop strategic, data-backed recommendations to improve financial performance of aftersales operations.
- Track cost-saving results, prepare executive reports, and present insights and proposals to senior leadership.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and develop the Dealer Operations Improvement/Kaizen team; provide coaching, performance feedback, and capability-building.
- Establish departmental KPIs and ensure they are achieved through effective planning, execution, and continuous monitoring.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, dealer networks, and cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth implementation of improvement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related discipline
- 5+ years in a managerial or leadership rolein aftersales, dealership operations, Kaizen/Lean, or continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of aftersales operations, dealer management systems, and automotive service processes.
- Strong expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) and root-cause analysis tools.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; English proficiency required.
