About This Role
An aesthetic nurse will deliver cutting-edge longevity protocols and best-in-class aesthetic treatments, working with a health-conscious and results-oriented clientele. This role is designed for a skilled clinician who brings artistry and clinical integrity to every patient encounter, and who is passionate about mentoring new injectors in a growing practice.
Responsibilities
- Deliver neurotoxin (Botox/Dysport) and dermal filler treatments with a refined aesthetic sensibility
- Perform laser and energy-based device treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and safety standards
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate clients on longevity-aligned aesthetic care
- Operate confidently and independently, managing your patient schedule with professionalism and efficiency
- Mentor and develop newer injectors — sharing technique, clinical insight, and the art of high-touch patient communication
- Represent the clinic's luxury standard of care across every patient touchpoint, from consultation through follow-up
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and compliant patient documentation
- Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine and longevity-focused treatment modalities
Requirements
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on injecting experience — neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and laser treatments
- Demonstrated portfolio of before/after work
- Polished, professional presence suited to a high-end, wellness-forward environment
- Proven ability to work independently and confidently without close supervision
- Experience mentoring or training other injectors — or a sincere passion for doing so
- Excellent consultation and communication skills; ability to connect authentically with a discerning clientele
- Must carry personal malpractice and liability insurance as a 1099 independent contractor
