About This Role
This nursing role focuses on providing safe, professional, and high-quality aesthetic and basic nursing services to clients. It involves assisting with various aesthetic treatments, performing nursing procedures, ensuring client safety and comfort, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultation, assessment, and medical history taking before treatments
- Perform aesthetic and nursing procedures according to company protocols and applicable standards of practice
- Perform IV insertion, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures when properly trained and authorized
- Assist doctors and other medical professionals during treatments and procedures
- Monitor clients before, during, and after treatments for any adverse reactions
- Provide proper aftercare instructions and educate clients about treatments and skincare
- Maintain accurate and complete client records and treatment documentation
- Ensure proper preparation, handling, and sanitation of instruments and treatment areas
- Follow infection control, safety, and clinic hygiene protocols at all times
- Handle client concerns professionally and ensure a positive treatment experience
- Recommend appropriate treatments and services based on the client's needs without being overly pushy
- Support the clinic in achieving sales and treatment targets through ethical selling and excellent client service
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and medical records
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory of medical and aesthetic supplies
- Perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or attending physician
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
- Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, wellness center, or related healthcare setting is an advantage
- Experience in IV insertion/IV therapy and aesthetic procedures is preferred
- Knowledge of basic emergency response and client safety protocols
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, presentable, and customer-service oriented
- Willing to undergo training for aesthetic procedures and clinic protocols
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules when required
- Willing to be assigned to different branches when necessary
