Aesthetic Nurse

About This Role

This role is for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector who is ready to advance their career by building a loyal patient base, increasing earning potential, and learning from exceptional providers within a growing aesthetics organization. The position suits an injector who wants to develop long-term patient relationships and refine their craft in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient relationship from consultation through treatment and follow-up care
• Perform advanced injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations
• Develop individualized, full-face treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, and appropriate clinical recommendations
• Build and maintain a loyal patient base through exceptional outcomes and relationships
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, aftercare, and realistic expectations
• Collaborate with Estheticians and other providers to create comprehensive patient treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and the highest standards of patient safety and clinical compliance
• Participate in ongoing clinical education and advanced training
• Support clinic events, community initiatives, and opportunities to develop patient relationships

Requirements

• Active RN, PA or NP license
• 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
• Demonstrated experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment planning
• Strong consultation and patient education skills
• A track record of building trusting, long-term patient relationships
• Commitment to safe, ethical, and clinically appropriate aesthetic medicine
• A collaborative, team-first approach
