About This Role
An Aesthetic Nurse supports safe, high-quality patient care in a Dubai clinic. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a calm, patient-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Assist the treating clinician with botulinum toxin (Botox), dermal filler, skin booster, and biostimulator procedures
- Perform clinical activities only within your authorized nursing scope, documented competencies, and procedure-specific privileges
- Apply sound knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, aseptic practice, and infection prevention
- Prepare and administer prescribed IV infusions, and perform venipuncture and cannulation within authorized scope and clinic protocols
- Support laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) procedures, where appropriately trained and authorized
- Complete nursing assessments, screen for contraindications, support the informed consent process, and provide clear pre-treatment and aftercare instructions
- Monitor patients, recognize suspected complications such as vascular occlusion, anaphylaxis, and vasovagal reactions, and promptly escalate and assist with the clinic's emergency response
- Maintain accurate treatment records, patient confidentiality, stock levels, and the readiness of clinical and emergency equipment
- Work closely with clinicians and colleagues to maintain a safe, organized treatment environment
Requirements
- Valid DHA nursing license and appropriate procedure-specific privileges
- Proven nursing experience in an aesthetic or dermatology setting, including assistance with injectable treatments
- Practical competence in IV preparation and administration, venipuncture, and cannulation
- Strong patient assessment, documentation, infection control, and emergency response skills
- Clear communication, professional conduct, and a compassionate approach to patient care
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- 1 year of nursing experience (Preferred)
- Eligibility letter or DHA (Preferred)
