About This Role
An Aesthetic Nurse performs beauty and healthcare treatments, ensuring a professional customer experience. This role involves conducting client analyses, preparing treatment rooms, and assisting with medical procedures in a clinic setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic treatments while delivering a warm, professional, and exceptional customer experience
- Conduct skin, body, and hair analysis to understand each client’s needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and medical supplies to ensure doctors can perform procedures safely and efficiently
- Assist with and administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures as prescribed by the doctor
- Maintain excellent standards of infection control, sterilization, cleanliness, and clinic hygiene
- Monitor and manage medical supplies, equipment, and medication inventory
- Record clients’ physical assessments accurately upon registration
- Provide professional recommendations on products, treatments, and packages based on clients’ needs
- Follow clinic SOPs, Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, and strict patient confidentiality requirements
Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant
- At least 2 years of work experience in the medical aesthetic field. Fresh graduates with interest in medical aesthetics are encouraged to apply
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build genuine and lasting client relationships
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to hygiene, safety, and professional standards
- Good clinical knowledge and understanding of aesthetic procedures and treatments
- Able to communicate confidently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Well-groomed, friendly, confident, and professional
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic environment
