Job Scope:
Beauty Consultant
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
- Provide a range of aesthetic treatments, including facial, body, skincare, slimming, hair removal, teeth whitening and other beauty treatments.
- Promote suitable treatments and products to customers based on their needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Schedule and manage customer appointments, including follow-ups and confirmations.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Beauty Therapist
- Promote and recommend the company’s beauty services and products to customers.
- Conduct professional skin and body analysis and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and products.
- Perform a range of facial, body, slimming, hair removal, teeth whitening and other aesthetic treatments.
- Maintain high standards of treatment quality, customer service and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage customer retention and repeat visits.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Job Requirements:
- Basic skills or experience in facial analysis/ facial treatments/ hair removal and teeth whitening will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales/beautician
- Well-groomed, professional, good attitude and enjoy meeting people
