Position: Operador Instrumentista AE
Position Summary We are looking for an Operador Instrumentista AE to join our team. This position is responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of analytical and measurement instrumentation equipment, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor analytical instrumentation (AE) equipment for data collection and process control.
- Perform calibrations, adjustments, and preventive maintenance of instruments to ensure their proper functioning.
- Interpret data obtained from instruments and report any anomalies or deviations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic operational issues in instrumentation equipment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team in implementing new technologies and improving existing systems.
- Maintain detailed records of operations, maintenance, and calibrations performed.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in training and continuous development to stay updated on best practices and new technologies in instrumentation.
Qualifications
- Technical or higher degree in Instrumentation, Industrial Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in the operation and maintenance of analytical instrumentation or similar equipment.
- Solid knowledge of instrumentation principles, process control, and calibration.
- Ability to interpret electrical and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work rotating shifts as needed.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards.
- Experience with SCADA or PLC systems is a plus.
