About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate, Ads & Promotions to join its CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Insights team. In this role, you'll partner with Sales and Operations teams to support advertising campaigns for CPG brands, analyze campaign performance, create client-facing reports, and identify opportunities to improve campaign results and increase brand sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams to plan and scope advertising campaigns.
- Collect, organize, and prepare campaign data for analysis.
- Create client-facing reports that summarize campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze advertising campaign results and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Provide performance insights and recommendations that help support sales efforts and client success.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain high-quality reporting standards.
- Work collaboratively with multiple internal teams to support marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 1–3 years of experience in: Marketing Analytics, Advertising Operations, Business/Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Technology companies or advertising agencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large datasets in Microsoft Excel .
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying, aggregating, and cleaning data.
- Understanding of: Relational databases, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, Data conversion and data cleansing techniques.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
