About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Advanced Wound Care Regional Sales Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will lead a regional sales organization focused on driving revenue, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering against financial and strategic targets. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve productivity, support contract performance, and ensure strong field execution. The position also carries responsibility for team development, budget discipline, and compliance in a healthcare sales environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $204,800 – $281,600 annually
Responsibilities
- Manage the regional sales team to achieve financial and strategic goals
- Lead initiatives to improve productivity and maximize corporate contracts
- Coach, model, and develop team members to strengthen performance
- Oversee budget management to support operating margin objectives
- Administer job-related paperwork and ensure compliance with requirements
- Recruit and develop high-performing sales staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 7 years of medical sales or sales management experience
- High School Diploma or GED with 11 years of medical sales or sales management experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Leadership experience in sales management
- Experience in healthcare sector sales, preferably in medical devices
