Additional duties involve performing routine audits, developing educational programs, and maintaining the blood gas lab according to regulatory standards.
The position requires a licensed and registered Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP and RRT) , with certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and an adult critical care specialty.
Minimum 2+ years of charge experience , 1+ years in critical care , and 3+ years of clinical practice are essential.
Responsibilities include staff resource allocation, training, clinical oversight, data collection, regulatory compliance, and supporting professional growth.
