Administrative & Logistics Assistant Part-Time

About This Role

This part-time administrative and logistics assistant role provides direct operational support, focusing on meticulous record-keeping, smooth scheduling, and clear communication. It is ideal for individuals with a detail-oriented mindset, such as accounting, business, or finance students, or experienced bookkeepers and bankers, who thrive on organization and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, track, and maintain client orders and log data using Excel and Microsoft SharePoint
• Handle trip logistics, including booking hotels, rental cars, and flights, and keeping clean records of travel expenses and receipts
• Act as a dependable right hand, readily available to take phone calls, triage urgent emails, and get time-sensitive tasks moving immediately
• Keep daily appointments, client meetings, and reminders organized
• Prepare concise reports, organize cloud files, follow up on outstanding action items, and maintain administrative order

Requirements

• Perfectionist approach to numbers and data entry, with a focus on accuracy
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and cloud file management (SharePoint/One Drive)
• Highly responsive by phone and email during working hours
• Background in business administration, accounting, or similar detail-heavy disciplines (mature students with daytime availability are welcome)
• Reliable home office setup, dedicated laptop/computer, and high-speed internet

• 1 year of administrative experience

Important Details

• Schedule: Starting at approximately 30 hours per week, with potential to expand into full-time hours during peak busy seasons
• Contract: contract basis
