About The Role The Operations and HR Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the operational, cultural, and organizational functions of Scene Health. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative assistance across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining employee records. The role ensures the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, promotes compliance with company policies, and facilitates effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. They will serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, assist in coordinating HR activities, and support administrative workflows to enhance overall efficiency. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Experience with data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting
- Knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration support
- Provide administrative support for employee relations and communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws
- Prepare reports and documentation related to HR activities and organizational metrics
- Manage scheduling for interviews, meetings, and training sessions
- Conduct routine audits of HR and operational processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Develop and improve workflows and administrative procedures as needed
- Support additional duties and projects as assigned by management
