Administrative Assistant

About This Role

An Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and office support to management and staff, ensuring efficient daily operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives on making an impact within a mission-focused team that values technical excellence, collaboration, and agility.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and office support to management and staff, ensuring efficient daily operations across multiple locations
• Utilize Costpoint and SharePoint systems to support business activities and maintain records
• Coordinate travel authorizations, reservations, conference registrations, and expense report processing
• Submit purchase requisitions and manage approved purchases using a company procurement card
• Organize meetings and events, including scheduling, room setup, IT coordination, and catering arrangements
• Support visitors, badge access requests, new hire onboarding preparations, and proposal approval activities
• Deliver administrative, operational, and financial tracking support while serving as backup support for executive leadership

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6 to 8 years of progressively responsible administrative or office support experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• U.S. Citizenship required
