Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, accounting, or finance or a related field; two years of experience in providing professional level administrative, analytical and/or operational support in the assigned area of responsibility; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Proficient use of PC and software applications. Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required. Duties
Serves as administrative support for the leadership team in the Commissioner of the Revenue office. Assists with recruitment activities and backup Human Resources Liaison. Prepares purchase requisitions, order and receive supplies, and processes invoices for payment. Processes travel arrangements and reimbursements. Reconciles department bank statements. Provides occasional back up to the reception desk and assists with training and scheduling reception coverage. Plans and executes various projects and office functions and manages the office social media. Perform other work as required.
This position is a part of an approved Career Development Plan (CDP) and offers career progression opportunities and salary incentives, as funding permits, based on performance, qualifications, and experience. Shift
