Opportunity:
Reporting to the NSW Manager and working as part of a small team across several businesses, your day will be both busy and varied. This role will suit a proactive, results driven individual looking for a new challenge to see out 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the overall day-to-day running of the office and assisting Managers as needed
- Data entry of sales orders received via phone, email, and online portals.
- Invoicing, quoting and customer communication via Xero.
- Weekly stocktake & Inventory control.
- Assist with social media and various marketing initiatives.
- Heavy vehicle & caravan paperwork submissions and documentations (training provided) with Service NSW
- Resolving customer issues as and when they arise
- Data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Additional other tasks as needed from time to time.
- Sales of trailers and caravans
- Manage after Sales Service and Warranty
Requirements:
- Ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
- Current drivers licence and own car, plus a clean driving record (MUST HAVE)
- Ability to learn quickly
- Work well under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- AR / AP Experience (Highly Desirable)
- Office Administration & Customer Service Experience (min 2 years)
- Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during our office hours
- Office Hours are Monday to Saturday - Starting: 8:30am - 5.00pm Tuesday to Friday and 8:00am – 2.30pm Saturday.
