Responsibility
- Maintain employee records (both soft and hard copies) - Oversee attendance and leave management systems - Manage contract labour workforce and compliance - Organize and implement employee welfare activities - Support audits and ensure proper documentation - Prepare and present Admin MIS reports - Provide administrative support for factory operations - Manage PG accommodation, canteen services, transportation, and visitor protocols.

Required Skill:1. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge Familiarity with GMP, GLP, WHO-GMP, USFDA/MHRA audit requirements (from an admin/infrastructure standpoint) Knowledge of Factory Act, labor laws, pollution control norms, fire safety regulations, and other statutory compliances Experience handling licenses, renewals, and liaising with government/local authorities (Pollution Control Board, Labor Department, Municipal Corporation, Fire Department, etc.) 2. Facility & Infrastructure Management Building, utility, and equipment maintenance oversight (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, etc.) Space planning and facility upkeep Housekeeping and hygiene management (critical in pharma settings) Security and access control management 3. Vendor & Contract Management Vendor identification, negotiation, and contract management (housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, pest control, etc.) Cost control and budgeting for admin expenses Procurement of non-production materials and services 4. Employee Welfare & Support Services Transport and canteen management Guest house/accommodation coordination (if applicable) Employee grievance handling related to admin services 5. Safety & Environment Basic understanding of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices Fire safety and emergency preparedness coordination Waste management (especially pharma/hazardous waste disposal norms) 6. Administrative & Managerial Skills Team leadership and staff supervision Budget planning and cost optimization Documentation and record-keeping (audit-ready files, SOPs for admin processes) Strong communication and coordination skills (cross-functional and with external agencies) Problem-solving and crisis management 7. Technical/Software Skills MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation ERP/ SAP knowledge for procurement, inventory, and admin workflows Basic understanding of facility management software (if used) 8. Soft Skills Multitasking and prioritization Negotiation skills Attention to detail (important given regulatory scrutiny in pharma) Leadership and people management
