Position Overview This role involves providing high-quality acute internal medicine nursing care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective treatment.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and educating patients and families on managing their health post-treatment.
The nurse promotes patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development activities.
Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree, RN licensure, with preferred candidates holding a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience.
The position offers a full-time schedule working 12-hour day shifts from 7 am to 7 pm, with a $15K SOB bonus eligibility.

Key Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation within established standards.
- Educate patients and families on illness management, medication, and post-discharge care.
- Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and communicate personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
Qualifications & Skills
- RN licensure with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Experience is not mandatory, but 2+ years is preferred.
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment and demonstrate alertness and professionalism.
