Role Overview Creates and implements staff education and professional development programs to enhance patient outcomes. Collaborates with staff and external organizations to develop, present, and evaluate clinical and non-clinical training, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Assesses educational needs, develops tailored plans, and participates in ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred.
- 2-5 years RN experience; 5-10 years preferred.
- Inpatient Adult Medicine experience required.
- RN license; Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification preferred.
- Strong collaboration, assessment, and program development skills.
