- Freedom to manage your work your way. Flexible working hours and home office (up to 100%) are a matter of course. We monitor results, not hours spent.
- Unlimited vacation. Rest is the basis of performance. When you need to switch off, you switch off — without counting days for Christmas.
- Informal environment where you can be yourself. Hoodie? Sure. Authenticity is welcome here.
- A team that sticks together. We all address each other informally, speak directly and fairly. We don't play at hierarchy, every opinion has weight here.
- Work that is visible. You don't just do "tasks", but you influence the functioning of the entire insurance company.
- Room to improve things. Good ideas don't end up in a drawer here. If something makes sense, we go for it.
