Activity Aide Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, organizing, and leading group and individual activities, such as games, arts and crafts, and exercise programs
- Coordinate outings and excursions to local attractions and community events
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity programming
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide support to residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
