Title: Activation Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
- Support the execution of local store marketing (LSM) activations, promotional campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate the ordering, distribution, and delivery of marketing materials, signage, promotional merchandise, and event assets.
- Manage inventory of branded collateral, promotional items, and activation supplies to ensure stores have the resources needed for upcoming initiatives.
- Assist with marketing support for new store openings, relocations, grand openings, and competitive market activations.
- Partner with Retail Operations and Distribution teams to ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, retail operations, project coordination, event marketing, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, retail activations, events, or operational projects.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
