Accounts Payable, Receivable Clerk

We are growing and seeking an experienced Accounts Payable, Receivable Clerk to issue payments, collect payments, prepare deposits, reconcile statements, and more! Accounting experience and/or Auto Dealership office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities - Accounts Payable, Receivable Clerk:

• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
• Issue payments to vendors, prepare deposits and reconcile statements
• Post open items in accounts payable
• Issue purchase orders
• Collect payments, handle collections
• Code and post accounts receivable payments
• Monitor receivable aging
• Generate accounting statements and reports
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications - Accounts Payable, Receivable Clerk:

• Accounts Payable and Receivable experience is preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to details
• Good communication and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Punctual, dependable, and a person of integrity
• High school diploma or equivalent
