What You'll Do

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring vendor payments, invoices, and financial records are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities Include:

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and process check runs, electronic payments, and vendor reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate vendor files and payment records.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, dealership personnel, and management.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks and accounting reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Support additional accounting functions and projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Accounts Payable, accounting, or bookkeeping experience required.
• Automotive dealership accounting experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
