Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Process A/P (coding, matching packing slips, and data entry)
• Process weekly check runs
• File A/P
• Serve as a back up for the Staff Accountant for the following duties:
• Sort daily mail and distribute to the proper departments
• Perform daily bank deposits
• Pick up 340B pharmacy invoices weekly
• Deliver accounting mail to the post office as required
• Change out Check In and Check Out cash boxes as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Telephone and computer skills
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable process
